Return & Exchange Policy

At Travel With A Dollar, we maintain a strict No Refund policy. Please review our specific windows for exchanges and service-based restrictions below.

7-Day Exchange Window (Merchandise Only)

For physical products, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange (e.g., for a different size).

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return the item.

  • No Shipping Labels: We do not provide return shipping labels. You must arrange your own shipping to our return address.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Damaged Items: If an item is returned to us damaged or used, the exchange will be denied, and the item will be sent back to the customer.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items and services are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Event Tickets

  • Tours

  • Transportation Deals

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards

  • Custom/personalized products and personal care goods.

  • Perishable goods or personal care items (beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Event Ticket Policy

There are no returns or exchanges for event tickets.

  • Date Changes: If you need to request a date exchange for an event, you must contact us directly at info@travelwithadollar.com . Please note that date changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and organizer approval.


How to Process an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email info@travelwithadollar.com within the 7-day window of purchased with a picture of item attached to the email and the reasoning of exchange 

  2. Authorization: Once approved, mail your item to: 8570 STIRLING RD STE 102-142, Hollywood, FL 33024-8203

  3. Unsolicited Returns: Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect your order immediately. If a physical product is defective or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@travelwithadollar.com so we can evaluate the issue.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For merchandise shipped into the EU, customers have a 14-day right to cancel. This typically applies to physical goods and may not apply to certain travel or event services once they are booked for a specific date. Items must be in original condition.
